Conference Venue, Lodging and Meals
The COST TO-BE Fall Meeting 2016 will take place at the City Hotel in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The hotel is located in the downtown area of Ljubljana, on Dalmationva ulica 25. The Conference Center is located on the hotel’s ground floor.

City Hotel has offered us a limited number of rooms at a reduced price. Delegates can book these rooms using the booking form.
Close to City Hotel there is a large number of accommodation options, ranging from hostels to 4* hotels. Rooms can be booked at a hotel directly or via any online accommodation-booking website. Please book your room well in advance as September in Ljubljana is still high season and hotels might be very busy at this time.
Lunch will be served in the City Hotel on 28–30 September. Delegates are welcome to book their lunch for each day separately using the same booking form. For €9.90 a three-course menu will be served (meat or vegetarian). Booking in advance will help the hotel staff to prepare themselves better.
On 29 September a conference dinner will be organized and this needs to be booked in advance, using the same form.
The form can also be used to book just lunch and/or the conference dinner.
